We are pleased to announce that CMCS has been awarded a Gold BenchmarQ™ award for
customer satisfaction for 2009. We were previously accredited with a Gold BenchmarQ™
in 2008 and are therefore delighted that we have continued to build on this success
and been deemed to have once again consistently met our customers needs in order
to receive this prestigious award.
BenchmarQ™ is a process to measure customer satisfaction, which has been exclusively
developed by QMS. It enables them to gather honest and accurate feedback from our
customers and report back on what we are doing well, and on any areas where we need
to improve. By understanding what our customers really want, we can ensure that
we are providing it better than anyone else.
