Silvia de Oliveira, Customer Account Manager ​

Silvia is a Customer Accounts Manager at CMCS and with over 17 years experience.

Silvia joined CMCS in 2007 and has worked across a number of operational roles, gaining hands‑on experience of production, finishing, and quality control. Most recently, she held the position of Finishing Supervisor, where she was responsible for managing workloads, maintaining quality standards, and supporting teams across the site to ensure customer requirements were consistently met.

In her current role within Customer Accounts, Silvia is involved in supporting customers with their ongoing requirements and acting as a key point of contact between customers and operations. Her detailed understanding of CMCS processes allows her to provide practical support, particularly where customer expectations and operational delivery need to align.

Silvia’s background within operations, combined with her calm and approachable manner, enables her to build strong working relationships with customers and support the delivery of reliable, well‑managed communications.

Drawing on my background within operations, I am able to understand customer needs in a practical way and support clear communication between customers and site teams.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying a strong cup of coffee, spending time with friends, or taking inspiration from art and nature. I enjoy visiting galleries, appreciating different styles of creativity, and unwinding with peaceful walks outdoors.”
