Management Tools

Management Tools

Our documents are primarily printed and managed using PI/Output Manager (Blue Crest), with other work processed using Quadient. These two industry-leading tools give us the ability to handle whatever work you send to us and help ensure we produce your work to the highest quality possible.

BlueCrest

Managing today’s document output requirements consumes valuable time, labour, and printer productivity. With the relentless pace of technology and the burden of legacy systems, many organizations struggle with complex, closed and highly diverse output technology infrastructures. Ultimately, the result is significant increases in operating costs.

The unique Blue Crest architecture optimizes your document workflow and frees you from the limitations of proprietary vendors and data streams. The key is robust print management functionalities that include everything from data stream transformation, resource management, and automated reprinting to enhanced production control and convenient viewing before, during and after output. With Blue Crest PI/output management software, you benefit from greater operational efficiency, productivity and accountability.

Quadient

Quadient® Inspire gives you control over the systems and processes used to design and deliver traditional communications across all channels, in a package that is easier to use and is optimized for high speed design and output. It makes it easier to bring together the entire organization in the name of customer experience – enabling collaboration across the business, visibility throughout the customer journey, and the ability to take immediate action to improve the customer experience.

Development Tools

All of our development work is powered by the Microsoft .Net Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server and we use the latest tools and coding practices to ensure all our work is robust and maintainable. Everything we produce is developed in-house, ensuring we know your solutions inside-out, having personally built them from the ground up
